In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical fault, playphp36 reserves the right to void any bets affected by such malfunction. playphp36 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of a game malfunction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, playphp36 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if playphp36 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In any event, playphp36's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your playphp36 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination for cause, playphp36 may forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings in your account. Real money balances will be returned to you subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to playphp36.
